Community Guidelines

Welcome to the BLKMYNDZ Community

“A strong community is built on trust, professionalism, and mutual respect. These guidelines reflect the standards that help us create a safe, inclusive, and culturally affirming space for providers and the communities they serve.”

BLKMYNDZ is a platform owned and operated by Naddydread LLC.

Our mission is to cultivate a trusted community where individuals can connect with qualified mental health, wellness, and healthcare professionals who value culturally affirming care, professionalism, and ethical practice.

These Community Guidelines outline the standards of conduct expected from all providers and users who participate in the BLKMYNDZ community.

By using the Platform, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a respectful, safe, and professional environment for everyone.

1. Our Community Values

At BLKMYNDZ, we are committed to fostering a community built on:

Every interaction on the Platform should reflect these values.

BLKMYNDZ was created to increase access to culturally affirming care for Black communities while welcoming all individuals who share our commitment to professionalism, respect, integrity, and inclusive, high-quality care. We believe meaningful healing begins with trust, dignity, and a genuine respect for every person’s lived experience.

2. Professional Conduct

Providers are expected to:

• Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.

• Represent their qualifications honestly and accurately.

• Keep licenses and professional credentials current.

• Communicate respectfully with clients and fellow professionals.

• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

• Conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the BLKMYNDZ community.

3. Respectful Communication

All users are expected to communicate respectfully.

The following behaviors are not permitted:

• Harassment or intimidation.

• Hate speech or discriminatory language.

• Threatening or abusive conduct.

• Defamatory or false statements.

• Personal attacks.

• Bullying.

• Spam or unsolicited promotional content.

BLKMYNDZ reserves the right to remove content or restrict access for behavior inconsistent with these standards.

4. Accurate Information

Providers must ensure that all information submitted to BLKMYNDZ is accurate, current, and truthful.

This includes:

• Professional credentials.

• Licensure.

• Biography.

• Services offered.

• Areas of specialization.

• Contact information.

• Availability.

Knowingly submitting false or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

5. Inclusive & Culturally Affirming Care

BLKMYNDZ was created to increase access to culturally affirming care while fostering an environment that welcomes and respects individuals from all backgrounds.

We expect providers to create safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces where every individual is treated with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.

Discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law is inconsistent with the values of BLKMYNDZ and may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Providers are expected to respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and professional ethical standards.

Users should not share confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information through public areas of the Platform.

7. Reporting Concerns

If you believe a provider or user has violated these Community Guidelines, please contact BLKMYNDZ so that the matter can be reviewed.

Reports may be submitted to:

info@blkmyndz.org

All reports will be reviewed fairly, objectively, and in accordance with BLKMYNDZ policies. Where appropriate, additional information may be requested before a determination is made.

8. Enforcement

Failure to comply with these Community Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Request for corrective action.

• Temporary suspension.

• Removal of content.

• Suspension of provider privileges.

• Permanent removal from the BLKMYNDZ Platform.

BLKMYNDZ reserves the right to determine the appropriate corrective action based on the nature, severity, and frequency of any violation.

9. Changes to These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Platform, community needs, industry standards, or applicable laws.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
